Serves: 2
Time: 10 minutes + overnight soaking
1/2 cup chia seeds (or basil seeds)
2 cups nut milk
3 tbsp. cacao powder
2 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground clove
Toppings:
Unsweetened coconut shreds
Fruit
Nut butter
Honey drizzle
Cacao
Add all the ingredients to a jar and stir to combine. Let the mixture rest 5 minutes, then stir again, breaking up any clumps. Store the mixture in the fridge overnight.
In the morning divide the chia pudding between 2 glasses and add your favorite toppings.
