Vegan I Gluten Free
Serves: 6 - 8 donuts
Time: 30 minutes
Dry Ingredients
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
Wet Ingredients
1 banana
10 dates, pitted & soaked
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup nut butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
Frosting
Nut butter

Preheat the oven to 190C/375F. Grease your silicone donut mold with coconut oil.
To prepare the donuts - In a large mixing bowl combine the dry ingredients. Stir well.
Add the wet ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix, 1 - 2 minutes, until smooth and well combined. Add the mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir well.
Evenly spoon the mixture into the donut mold, 6 donuts.
Bake for 10 - 15 minutes, until golden brown and slightly risen.
Let cool for 15+ minutes before removing from the donut mold.
To complete the donuts - Garnish your donuts with nut butter or frosting and the toppings of your choice!
Store leftovers in the fridge 1 - 2 days.
