Raw I Vegan I Gluten-Free
Serves: 1 - 2
Time: 10 minutes
1 ripe papaya, sliced lengthwise
1 cup coconut yogurt (find my recipe HERE!)
Choice of Toppings
Fresh fruit slices
Granola
Sunflower seeds
Dried fruits
Maple syrup or honey drizzle
Lime juice
Hemp hearts
Goji berries
Slice your papaya in half lengthwise.
Use a spoon to remove the seeds in the center.
Divide the coconut yogurt among the halves.
Sprinkle with your favorite toppings!
