Vegan I Gluten Free I Raw
Serves: 12 - 15 balls
Time: 15 minutes
5 dates, pitted, soaked, then chopped
1/2 cup crushed cashews
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
2 tbsp. cacao powder
1 tbsp. white sesame seeds
1 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Soak the dates for 10+ minutes or until soft. Chop the dates into really small pieces.

Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
Use your hands to roll the dough into small balls.
Store in the fridge for up to 10 days.
