1 cup coconut yogurt
2 lime, juiced
2 tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
1 tsp. coconut sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Toppings
Lime juice
Chopped mint
Granola
Coconut flakes
Divide the granola evenly among your parfait glasses.
