Vegan I Gluten Free
Serves: Appetizer, snack or meal for 4 (add to a salad)

Spicy Cauliflower Bites
1 large head cauliflower
1 cup Frank's hot sauce
2 tsp. garlic powder
2. tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl combine the hot sauce and spices, stir. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and add to the bowl with the sauce. Toss to mix well and evenly coat.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping half way through for even cooking. They are done when they become tender and easily pierced with a fork.

Time: 10 minutes
1 cup Vegenaise
3 tbsp. almond milk
1 tbsp.. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped*
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped*
1 tbsp. chives, chopped*
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
*Note: You can't go wrong with fresh herbs! You really don't need to measure this out, just chop some up and throw them in!
For the dipping sauce, place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir until well combined. Taste to adjust, maybe adding more vinegar or herbs.
Serve cauliflower warm or store in the fridge for 3-5 and reheat. Store the dip in the fridge for 3-5 days.
Heath tip: Cauliflower, unlike many white foods, is full of nutrients and beneficial carotenoids. Carotenoids are believed to reduce the risk of cancer, decrease inflammation, and promote weight loss.
