Serves: 1 cup

Time: 10 minutes

1 cup Vegenaise

3 tbsp. almond milk

1 tbsp.. apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped*

1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped*

1 tbsp. chives, chopped*

1 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

salt & pepper to taste

*Note: You can't go wrong with fresh herbs! You really don't need to measure this out, just chop some up and throw them in!

For the dipping sauce, place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir until well combined. Taste to adjust, maybe adding more vinegar or herbs.

Serve cauliflower warm or store in the fridge for 3-5 and reheat. Store the dip in the fridge for 3-5 days.

Heath tip: Cauliflower, unlike many white foods, is full of nutrients and beneficial carotenoids. Carotenoids are believed to reduce the risk of cancer, decrease inflammation, and promote weight loss.
