2 slices of bread (homemade or gluten-free options!)
1/3 cup vegan cream cheese
1/3 cup strawberries
1 tsp. maple syrup or honey
Toppings
Fresh strawberries
Maple syrup or honey drizzle
Toast your slices of bread until golden brown.
To prepare the cream cheese - in a blender or food processor combine your vegan cream cheese, strawberries and sweetener. Mix until well combined and smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
To serve - Spread your strawberry cream cheese mixture evenly over your toast.
Decorate with your favorite toppings - fresh fruit, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, fresh herbs, etc.
To store - Best served fresh or store the strawberry cream cheese in an airtight jar in the fridge for 1 - 3 days.
