Vegan I Gluten Free
Serves: 9 - 12 bars
Time: 30 minutes
6 bananas, mashed
2 cups oats
2 cups coconut flakes
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a 9x9 baking dish with a silicone mat, parchment paper, or grease with coconut oil. Set aside.
To prepare the mixture - In a large mixing bowl, add the bananas and mash using the back of a fork. Mix well.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture into your baking dish and use a spatula to spread into an even layer.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, until gold brown.
To serve - Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and servings. Cut into squares. Top with coconut shreds. Enjoy!
To store - Keep 1 - 2 days in an airtight container.
