Vegan I Gluten Free

Time: 5 minutes
1/4 watermelon, cubed
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Quarter the watermelon setting one slice aside and place the remaining in the fridge. Slice the piece into cubes and add to a bowl.
Sprinkle ~1/2 tsp. cinnamon (or as much as you desire) over the watermelon. Squeeze the lime over the bowl.
Enjoy!
Tip: Place your watermelon in the fridge a day or several hours before snacking for a cool and refreshing snack!
