Meat of 1 coconut
1/4 cup nut milk (almond, soy, or coconut)
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt

*A food processor will work best but you can alternatively use a blender. If using a blender, try using a single serve cup or, to get the mixture really smooth, a solution would be to double the recipe and make a larger batch so there would be more substance to blend.
